- Packages requiring re-delivery due to non-acceptance or non-collection are subject to additional shipping and processing fees.
Custom Orders
- Custom products are crafted precisely to specifications; once initiated, they cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
- Slight fitting issues for grillz or caps can be addressed with adjustment instructions provided on our website or through refitting with a new mold if necessary.
Shipping and Delivery
- A signature is required upon delivery of all shipments.
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to Gold Teeth America, and additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
- International customers must contact us for an accurate shipping cost estimate.
- All shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.
- Orders will be processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Payments
- Credit and debit card payments via PayPal are eligible only for delivery to verified PayPal addresses.
- If shipping to unverified or third-party addresses, payment must be made via checks, money orders, wire transfers, or Western Union.
- Personal and business checks require 10–15 business days to clear before processing.
